  • Service providers who help us run the website and clinic, including our website host, email provider, and Google (for Tag Manager / Analytics). These providers are bound to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes we’ve engaged them for.
  • Other parties where we are required or permitted to disclose by law (for example, in response to a lawful request from a regulator or court).

Some of our service providers (including Google) store data on servers located outside New Zealand. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected to a standard comparable to NZ law.

How long we keep your information

  • Contact form enquiries that don’t result in you becoming a patient are kept for up to [12 / 24] months, then deleted.
  • Information for patients who go on to receive treatment is incorporated into your clinical record and retained in line with our obligations under the Health (Retention of Health Information) Regulations 1996, which generally require health records to be kept for at least 10 years from the date of last contact.
  • Website analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard retention settings, currently set to [14 / 26] months.

Keeping your information secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, including secure hosting, restricted staff access, and encrypted transmission of contact form submissions. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat any breach seriously and will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner where required by law.

Embedded content from other websites

Some pages on this site may include embedded content (such as Google Maps, social media links, or videos). When you interact with embedded content, the third-party provider may collect data about you as if you had visited their site directly.
